We believe "sustainability" should be far more than marketing language written on a webpage. It should be verifiable & consistently updated.
That's why we work closely with independent certifiers to prove & to continually improve our sustainability practices. The main certifications that cover our products are Fair Trade Certified (labor), GOTS Certified (organic cotton), and Regenerative Organic Alliance (regenerative organic cotton).
We believe ethical apparel should seek to create positive impacts at each stage of a garment's life cycle, which means limiting environmental impacts and increasing human benefits throughout.
This starts first with how clothing is designed & the materials used to create it. We use GOTS Certified organic cotton for our clothing ensuring the highest standards for fabric.
During production stages each product is Fair Trade Certified, ensuring fair pay, safe working conditions, and additional benefits for all makers who produce for KNOWN SUPPLY.
And we even have a clothing recycling partner for when our clothing reaches the end of its useful life for our customers.

GOTS Certification for clothing looks at far all stages of product creation — from farming to spinning and dying to sewing — to ensure no harmful chemicals are used in the process, as well as ensuring safe working conditions for all people involved.

Please allow 3 business days to process your order in addition to the shipping time. We ship all orders from Southern California for reference.
*During high volume periods your order may need 1 or 2 more days to be processed and shipped.

Yes! The easiest way to check your order status & tracking info is by logging into your account using the email used during your purchase HERE. (No password necessary)
You can also click the "CHAT" box in the lower right of our website, the select "Track My Order".

Our warehouse is in Southern California (Santa Ana to be specific), so if you live on the west coast your order will arrive most quickly. Add 1-2 days of transit time for orders to the east coast, but all of that will be clear once you receive your tracking number.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. If you need help making special accommodations due to time or delivery needs, please reach out to help@knownsupply.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in the original condition (including tags).
We provide a shipping label to you to return your item(s). Exchanges & returns for store credit are free, but straight returns will incur a $6 restocking fee per order — unless you choose to purchase "Checkout+", a $4 fee that will cover the cost of your return.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unaltered product within 60 days of the original ship date.
International orders will be responsible for shipping back returns and exchanges.

This is a $4 fee that offers you free returns & exchanges, as well as package protection in case of any issues related to your delivery.
You do not have to add this to your cart. We recommend it to shoppers who are more than likely planning to return items.
