Love these soft wide legged long inseam pants!
I have a hard time with pants. I have a very long inseam and not very thin thighs but narrow hips. I ended up with size XS. I am not skinny, really what I would think of before vanity sizing as a true medium. These days more of a small because things are made bigger. And these are pretty swishy, by getting XS they still have plenty of room in the legs but I don't feel like I'm wearing gauchos. And they do seem to be a true 31" inseam. I really love pants that hit the top of my shoe, hard to find this length. They are really soft and not too hot-kind of like a slightly heavy cotton tshirt with good form. I live in a super hot climate and was able to wear them with a tank top and sandals to go to dinner. The colors are lovely-washed them in cold and hung to dry because I don't want them to shrink at all, and they did not shrink. I bought more colors as I know they tend to be gone forever once the're gone from the site :) So, I'm almost 5'7" but most of my height is in leg length, and my hips are narrow but my legs are like someone who weighs about 135, would be my guess. And these fit perfectly. There is enough room in the butt that If I had wider hips the pants would definitely still fit and the waist band is just enough to stay up but if I needed more room they wouldn't be too tight. I really love these pants.
