Atim Sunday

Growing up under the care of her single mother, Sunday lacked many opportunities and resources. Despite her difficult childhood, she grew up determined to better herself. She tried to make a living my selling roasted maize by the side of the road but the amount of money she earned could not support her entire family. Working at KNOWN SUPPLY has not only given her the resources to afford all of her family’s basic needs, but she has also been able to save some of her income for her own small business.

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

My future plan is to acquire a plot of land for my family and also support my husband in paying the children’s school fees. I also want to continue with my IGA (small business) so that I can supplement my income from crocheting.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT NORTHERN UGANDA

The best thing about Northern Uganda is freedom and peace that is currently prevailing.
