Amarorwot Monica

Gulu, Uganda Krochet Kids Intl.

Crocheter

Amarorwot Monica has energy and pride like no one we've ever met. Although she lost most of her family to the war, Monica takes courage in her abilities to pull herself out of poverty. Since coming to KK Uganda, Monica has been able to make the money she needs to provide for herself and help provide for her family. She can now afford the medical care she needs and to send her children to school. She hopes to continue to support her children and eventually buy land and build.

DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE

My future dream is to educate all the three children I am supporting at school up to university level, and also to get a plot of land and build.

INTERESTS & HOBBIES

My most enjoyable activity is garden work. Even with garden work, I do not get tired.
