Wisteria Sweater - Washed Black

I LOVE this cardigan! So soft and comfy and perfect for the California Bay Area summer weather. My only gripe is that the sizing is super inconsistent between the colors. I ordered all three colors in the same size and kept all three. The black is noticeably smaller than the cream and camel, though still comfy and an instant staple in my summer wardrobe. The cream and camel are super oversized - I was looking for an oversized fit so it works, but they're basically a totally different cardigan.

This item shedded a lot, and snagged a lot.

I bought this sweater in “Cider” about a year ago from a local boutique. I typically wear L/XL depending on style, but the S/M fit me like the model shown. I love it so much and have worn it in every season! So I decided to buy a second one in “Washed Black”…which unfortunately doesn’t fit the same. I still like it, it’s just not the same oversized fit as the Cider. I held them up together and the Cider seems to be larger in overall length. I’m in the not sure why that would be and it’s not a total deal breaker, but I was slightly disappointed that the fit was different.

I love everything about this sweater except it’s lack of pockets. The cotton is heavy enough to keep me warm, the weave is nicely textured, and it’s really soft. The drape and sleeve design are unique and beautiful. If you make all your products of this high value, AND a pledge to customers to put at least one pocket in every style you make, AND keep the value on those who make the merchandise and pay/treat them well, you will have a return customer in me and do very well, I KNOW it.

Beautifully made, very soft super cozy sweater. I don’t want to take it off! Be aware that “washed black” is more like charcoal grey, or even slightly blue-grey. This is just fine as long you’re not expecting it to be black-black. I recommend it highly!
