Looks nothing like the picture

I ordered an XL to fit over my other clothes (I live in New England). It came a 4X labeled XL and it is see through completely. It does not look like the picture at all. Very frustrated because I think they are aware what it really looks like. The purpose of paying $98 is to have a decent sweater and help. They dropped the ball on this one.

middle is see through.

I like the sweater, but the middle part is see-through. I'm not sure if that's what the intended design is but wearing a black shirt underneath helps.
